Ordering Information:

All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please remember that our products are Hand Crafted and may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. After your order is shipped, arrival time will vary. UPS shipping time varies between 1-5 business days depending on destination.

Payment Information:

We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, and Money Orders. We do not accept personal / or business checks and do not ship orders COD. We do not offer credit terms or Net 30 credit accounts. We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards. If your credit card is declined we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the problem. Pay pal orders will ship once payment clears Pay pal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

If you want your order to be shipped ASAP, please remit funds via credit card, instant transfer, or from your Pay Pal balance.

All changes, additions or cancellations to orders must be phoned in. Do not email changes or cancellations because we cannot guarantee that we will receive the email. Any changes to an order already packaged will be assessed a $5 handling fee. Any cancellation of an order that has already been shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Information:

If there is damage notify us immediately. We do not refund money due to damage caused during shipping. UPS shipping time varies from 1-5 business days. If you wish to have Express shipping please call for shipping rates. For all orders shipped Next day air, 2nd day air and 3 day select, there will be a $5.00 rush fee in addition to the additional shipping cost. When requesting 2 to 4 day shipping or overnight, we do not guarantee it's timely arrival as we have no control over the shipping company's and their policy. If there is a problem with the shipping of your order after it's left our possession, you will have to take that up with the shipping company. If you pay for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select and the package doesn't arrive on time, you will need to make a claim with UPS to have your shipping costs refunded.

If for some reason you need your shipping address changed After your order has been shipped, your credit card will be charged a $5.00 address change fee that we incur from UPS.

Back Order Information:

If an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, the order may be delayed up to 48 hours. After that the order will be shipped and the back ordered items will be canceled and will be needed to re-order at a future date. Notification of the canceled items will be in with the order

Privacy Policy:

You are guaranteed that your name, address and email are protected. We do not share this information with other companies and information is kept strictly confidential. When you place an order with us, you are automatically added to our newsletter for updates, which you can unsubscribe from at any time if you wish. Otherwise your email is only used by us for order confirmation and contact purposes.
Laural's Aroma Therapy will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or if We believe in good faith that it is necessary to prevent a crime or an injury to ourselves or third parties.

Return policy:

No Cash Refunds/ Mechanize Exchange only.
We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. Please call for an exchange authorization. We cannot accept exchanges on fragrances, bath and body products, due to the nature of the product. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products please notify us immediately. All items to be exchanged must be un-used and returned within 7 days of purchase. All shipping cost for exchanges and
Re-shipping are the consumers responsibility.
